Services
In the UK, we are privileged to have many distinctive periods in history which can be clearly seen through the architecture of our homes and buildings. Regency and Victorian period buildings are consistently popular and can be restored to their original state both inside and outside with the right expertise to hand.
Barn conversions have become very popular over the last 10 to 15 years providing people with an alternative option to a traditional house. Barns naturally lend themselves to open plan living which many people now desire. Having access to a large lounge area alongside an easily accessible kitchen and dining space is easy to establish within a converted barn setting.
Many churches across the country are in a state of disrepair from leaking roof tiles, damp internal walls, to broken windows. They have stood the test of time but at some point, need some tender loving care to bring them back to their former glory. Our churches are part of our history but also our future so need to be maintained and cared for in accordance with current use but also be respectful of structure and appearance.
DH Heritage have over 30 years' experience in period property renovation. During that time we have worked on everything from barn conversions to church restorations. Using traditional and reclaimed building materials like lime putty, solid oak and peg tiles we are able to faithfully restore period buildings to their former glory.
Choosing a builder for a major refurbishment project demands careful consideration. Getting it wrong can cause a great deal of stress and cost a lot of money. Meeting Danny Hewitt of DH Heritage gave us the confidence that they have the ability and desire to work with us and be a partner in this refurbishment of a Grade II listed building.
