Ordered a dyson battery through D & D advised ours needed changing. At a cost of £79. We were told they would call us when the battery was in, we ended up contacting them. After fitting the new battery it would not charge so returned the new battery thinking it would be replaced but we're given a refund by an abrupt gentleman who didn't even check the fault with the battery! He didn't seem surprised we took the battery back and no apology or advise was given. Very surprised this day and age a small independent shop owner can afford such lack of customers service. I would not recommend D & D Electrical

Very knowledgeable gentleman explained in detail (and showed me) why my vacuum cleaner was a write-off. Didn’t waste time or money by booking in for repair, only to give me the inevitable answer. Thoroughly decent and acted with integrity; clearly knows his way around a vacuum cleaner, too. Recommended.
