What can I say - Absolutely blown away by the service we received. Marcus (The engineer assigned to our job) was beyond professional and could not have been more helpful. He was assigned a particularly tricky job which took 3 separate visits to fix, he treated it like it was his own problem and he is an absolute asset to Crystaltech. 10/10

Crystaltech sent out an 'engineer' to deal with our glasswasher as the rinse aid was not being pumped through. He said that the job was done and left. I noticed that the glasses were coming out overly wet as if the rinse aid had not been used. I also marked the level on the bottle of rinse aid and it had not moved in several days. We phoned crystaltech to come out and sort the problem. In between the phone call and the visit we noticed that the blades of the machine were being bounced off the plug and causing water to spray out on to the floor.

The engineer was very helpful and informative. I now have a much better understanding of how to both maintain both the glasswasher and the dishwasher for optimal results as well as understand what it's doing. One huge less hassle especially considering how important these machines are when running a bat and kitchen. Thoroughly recommend!

We recently had an engineer come out to our site to repair our glasswash and dishwasher. The engineer who I think maybe from New Zealand was very polite and quick to solve the issue with our washers, spending around 40 minutes to have both up and running. I can’t stress enough how helpful the young man was, would be more than happy to have this engineer visit our site again and he wasn’t bad on the eye and that accent was amazing 😉

Recently I had problems with the dishwasher . I cannot fault the engineer who was sent to attend site (Adam). He was friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and was able to answer any queries that I had regarding the machine. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'Crystal Tech' especially if all the engineers employed are of the same high standard

Absolute cowboys, from the first day they touched my commercial dishwasher, it has never worked properly. tried to reason with the company "cater-kwik" who send these people out as "engineers", and got absolutely no joy whatsoever, since april 2016 i have gone through 3 detergent pumps, and two sets of new pipes. my machine was brand new in january 2014, these people attended a leak just over 2 years later, (so original manufacturers parts lasted 2 years), new pump in April 16, new pump and pipes september 16, new pump march 17, and the owner at cater-kwik thinks that this is acceptable, the machine

This by far the worst company I have ever had had service from. Called them for my very expensive Winterhalter dishwasher for them to install and they blew it up, no really. They wired a 240v machine to a 3 phase supply. I know..... there are more cables to wire in to more terminals but this joker wired them all into 240v terminals. Bang went £7000. Claimed off there insurance, Just read the reviews, wish I had before.....................

If I could give zero I would. I wish I'd seen the reviews first. £138 charge for NOTHING! Asked to repair something they promised they'd fixed previously and now am being chased by solicitors.
Shocking behaviour. Crystal Tech are an absolute disgrace. We have never had an issue paying money for jobs carried out by anyone but frankly if I owned this company I'd be embarrassed. .

I used this company to repair a commercial dish washing machine they did not turn up for the first appointment with no explanation. After several calls i eventually managed to get the engineer on site. He talked a good job but did not rectify the problem. He failed to put the machine back together correctly and i am back at square one. Electrolux recommend this company which i find amazing i will not use them again i suggest any potential customers be very wary.
