We don't have High Street shops! You can meet our advisors at wedding fairs throughout the year where they show a variety of ideas from our wedding ring collections. When you book your free appointment, they bring our 'shop' to you when they visit you, in the comfort of your own home, at a time convenient to you.
Design your engagement ring at home - or we can meet you somewhere else if you'd like to keep it a secret! Choose the style of engagement ring then choose the size, colour and clarity of your gemstone to go in the setting of your choice. Here's a selection of ideas for your engagement ring. They're available in platinum, 9ct or 18ct yellow, white or rose gold.
Let your imagination go. Take a blank wedding ring in the width and profile that suits you best. Add a pattern if you would like one, add diamonds or other gemstones, if you want them. If it's a shaped wedding ring you need - then we can help you with that too - we are experts at shaped wedding rings!

Our standard diamond colour and clarity in our wedding rings is F colour and VS clarity. If, however, you would like a higher quality, this can be arranged. We would aim to match the quality of diamond in your engagement ring.

The diamond cut and laser cut patterns are available on most widths of ring, unless stated. Our fingerprint wedding rings are very popular and we've seen an increase in requests for Roman Numeral engraving too.

Amazing service from Carolyn, she was kind enough to visit at my home so I wouldn’t need to post my engagement ring.
Cool Joolz resized my engagement ring, and made our wedding bands. My wedding ring was made from my mums old ring and some links from a bracelet left to me by my Nan. I completely trusted everyone the whole time they had my jewellery and was so pleased with the result.
Can’t wait to wear my ring after we’re married in September.

Such a brilliant wedding supplier. They have been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful the whole time we have been dealing with them. Nothing is too much trouble. They helped me out massively when I was super indecisive. They treat you more like family than a customer! Could not be happier with the rings or the service they have provided!! I first met Kevin at a wedding fair and started to get interested in having a ring specifically designed to go with my engagement ring which is 20 years old.
Sarah came to do the first meeting and even though in COVID circumstances, I felt really comfortable with hygiene procedures and enjoyed trying on a range of rings before the exciting task of designing a unique wedding ring that matched my engagement ring.
Carolyn and Kevin kept me informed of all the stages of the ring’s development as well as
checking if I was still happy with the design.
They also replaced missing diamonds on my engagement

Kevin and Carolyn provided us with a great service to create our beautiful wedding rings! We found Cooljoolz at multiple wedding fairs and had a chat with Kevin every time! Start to finish Cooljoolz were fantastic! They have custom made my wedding ring to fit perfectly to my engagement ring with stunning results! Both Kevin and Carolyn have been really lovely and helpful. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and my ring has turned out better then I could have ever imagined. We also bought my husband to be wedding ring from Cooljoolz and he changed his mind from titanium to white gold and they changed this for him without any issues. He is also very pleased with his ring. Thank you both so much!

I didn’t expect a ring to really mean that much to me but now our wedding day has been and gone it really does and I’m so glad we made the right choice.
“After all of the time and money we’ll spend on our big day we will be left with three things, Memories, photos and our rings.” That was the justification me and my wife gave ourselves to spend a little extra on our wedding rings and have them personalised which

After 3 years of being engaged and 2 years of being married, I started to get an irritation from my engagement ring which my husband bought in Australia. Cooljoolz were able to Pinpoint and fix the issues straight away, they then also had both rings cleaned and polished. I’ve never seen my rings look so clean and sparkly, the results are amazing and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
