Excellent service from Otec, I have used them twice now. The microsuction home visit was brilliant for my elderly mother. Recently my mother was having problems with one of her hearing aids and Otec sorted that out and her hearing aid is working perfectly now. When I phone up it is a pleasure to speak to Irram who is always very helpful . I will not hesitate to use Otec in the future.

I had a docs appointment to have my ears syringed as they were blocked but could not wait, so luckily found Otec Hearing online. So pleased I did, I managed to get an appointment the same day. Never had microsuction before. The man that did the procedure was so kind & helpful & the whole process was done within minutes with no pain at all. I shall definitely be returning annually to have my ears checked. Costs are £50 for one ear or £80 for both. Definitely worth the money & I feel so much better. Thank you.

Able to book a very quick appointment compared to other places offering ear wax removal. When I got there Kash was just fab. He put you at ease while taking a history of the problem. The use of technology to allow you to see inside your ear, both before and after treatment, was great to enable you to understand what is happening. The procedure, using micro suction rather than syringing was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend seeing Kash for any ear issues.

The service and follow up from Otec Hearing has been extremely efficient and caring for my elderly and frail mother, who is deaf in one ear and has moderate to severe hearing in the other . Initially she attended Otec for wax removal, during lock-down, and in the snow. This brought about some improvement but it was apparent that her current hearing aid which was provided by the NHS wasn't providing much improvement to her hearing. It's an expensive service, but it did what it was supposed to do and cleaned out the ear wax. Still had a bit of ringing in the left ear after the treatment, but other than that it was a good service, and we could feel an improvement. The audiologist was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything that he was doing.

Experiencing reduced hearing and slight discomfort in one ear due to build up of wax. Rang for an appointment. Advised to treat with olive oil for 5 days. Ear inspected and completely full of wax. Camera transmitted on to screen so I could see what the problem was. Wax removal pain free and very efficient. My hearing vastly improved. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, I called today as. Couldn’t hear a thing in one ear. I’m over due to give birth any day, I got offered an emergency appointment and they came out a few hours later. So pleased someone recommended this company to me. My mum is 91 and needed her ears clearing urgently. I called in the morning and by afternoon they had come for a home visit and restored her hearing. Kash is super professional, communicated everything as it was proceeding and treated my mum with the utmost respect and kindness. Irram coordinated from the office and kept me informed on timescales. I had been deaf with impacted ear wax for nearly a week. I booked on a Saturday and was seen on the Monday. Within ten minutes Somiya had removed the wax by micro suction and given me back my hearing. After a couple of days I felt that there was still a minor blockage in my left ear. I was seen again immediately at no extra cost. I was reassured… that my ears were healthy and free of wax but that there was some loose dry flaky skin remaining in my left ear, which proved too uncomfortable to remove.
