Services
BES are at the core of an increasing number of large-scale events including charity fundraisers, council events, arts events and music festivals. But we don't just offer large scale productions, we love to work on your bespoke events such as gigs and club nights or private functions. We have the resources and expertise to provide fully rigged stages with lighting, line-array sound systems and AV production.
We know that lights and sound can change a whole event, setting the tone and giving you the ultimate visual and audio experience. Our team have an extensive knowledge of production with a vast experience ranging from bespoke events to large scale festivals. We have a large stock of audio and visual equipment based at our warehouse in Bristol.
All our electrical equipment is PAT tested and certificated, and our truss and rigging equipment is inspected after every job, and independently certified annually. Our huge range of hire stock is situated at BES HQ just south of Bristol City Centre, including industry standard brands such as Nexo, Yamaha, Pioneer, Robe, Panasonic and Litec to name but a few.

I have used B-E-S Systems on numerous occasions to provide staging, sound, lighting and tents. They have always demonstrated excellent service, going beyond the norm to assist me in running the events I organise. Last year during the Wildfest Children's Festival, they brought the stage I had ordered and we found that they could not get their van… down the access road to the event site as it was too wide. They went back to their workshop unloaded the van, loaded another van and brought it down to the event, It was an enormous bit of work but made the event successful. I am very happy to recommend
