I work downtown-two buildings away from TCNS. I love them being so close! If we need a physical quick fix, they are in our office right away. In our firm of 40+ people, we have MANY computer issues- it doesnt matter if I call once in a day or ten times in a day- I get a friendly demeanor, quick solutions (9 times out of 10) and if its a bigger issue, the guys will get back to me ASAP with a fix! Thank you Matt, Drew, Diego and Adam! :)

We just recently onboarded with TCNS, it literally has not even been one month, and we are extremely impressed. Within this time frame they have replaced all hardware, implemented multiple managed services, provided consultation, addressed all issues, questions and concerns in a timely manner. Our company chose TCNS as a partner for our Sophos anti virus requirements, which was picked up by Russell. Overall the service has been excellent right through and we get very competitive pricing on the product.
All help is right there when we need it and we receive follow up courtesy calls every now and then to make sure everything is running smoothly and whether we need anything.
