Len Williams founded the company in 1962 and spent 30 years building the business and developing relationship's, then when the time was right he encouraged his son Dave to join in the 90's, where the company grew & grew, so then Dave encouraged his youngest son Jon to join in the late 90's and then when we needed more help Dave recruited his eldest son Gareth to join in 2008.
