Initially starting from a very small office in Dacre, in the Yorkshire Dales, the company began telemarketing in the legal sector, assisting two major law firms grow their business in the commercial sector. Within eighteen months we had outgrown our first home and began adding new facilities and experienced staff.

Business to Consumer telemarketing is the sale of products or services to end-user, sometimes referred to as selling to the general public. B2C telemarketing is very different to B2B telemarketing and requires a very different approach from the scripting, to data sourcing, initial pitch, evaluation of interest and close.
Wouldn't it be nice to work purely 9.00am to 6.00pm with huge backlog of new work ready to start? Had a sales call from Keir at Amvoc who had seen a BDM role we were advertising for and wondered if we wished to outsource any telemarketing requirements to Amvoc. When told we would be in touch if interested, Keir became very pushy and obtuse. If that is an example of the kind of aggressive telemarketing Amvoc can offer I think we will be ok!

I have worked for around 8 different sales company's and i have to say Amvoc is by far the best in my experience. The basic salary is very reasonable, The bonus structure is fantastic. Really good training provided. Great opportunity's to progress, all the managers and directors are promoted from within. The Leeds office is light, spacious and clean, Brilliant employee of the month prizes from 50 inch TV's to holidays to Ibiza. Awful place full of lies. You never make commission and if you hit your targets or you’re doing well, they change the commission structer to make sure you don’t any bonus or fix the data to stop you from getting any sales. Management are rude and sack people everyday with no reason when they’ve got kids and rent to pay for

Worked in many sales roles before Amvoc and everyone of them has been the same, unhappy and unprofessional atmosphere. Really could not recommend working at Amvoc enough! Absolute brilliant Salary and great bonus structures in place! The management are really friendly and will always go out of their way to make sure you thrive! Anyone who complains about working here is simply not built for sales and does not realise how much potential amvoc actually sees in each individual.
