Amazing and efficient service from the point I phones with a breakdown. The technical team rang back within 5 minutes and we diagnosed the fault over the phone. The technician who I have met before came out much quicker than expected and explained everything to me. As a side issue we now know what was causing a spike voltage in our home. What a great team and fabulous customer service. Even the accounts team handled an invoice query promptly and was so keen to support me. I cannot recommend Alto Energy highly enough.

Top class service & support. The engineer was very professional and was able to find and fix a leak that was causing loss of pressure on our internal heating piping loop. His communication throughout the visit was excellent; as he answered all of our questions & ensured we understood the reasons for any changes. He had a very calm & reassuring manner. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.

I was really impressed by the knowledge of the engineer who attended to service my ASHP. Alto did not install though I wish they had. They were courteous, tidy and respectful answering all the questions I had about the unit which incidentally is not quite right but that is not Alto’s doing. These units are complex and getting installation and onward care right is so important. The whole exterior unit also got a fabulous wash too. I was very happy and will definitely use Alto again. The price was also reasonable.

Very happy with the service we received, the salesperson Matt was very helpful and informative, giving us all the information we needed to make a decision. Installation went smoothly. Engineer explained everything & gave us advice regarding settings etc.
Had an issue with an error code, this was sorted by a visit from another engineer & problem solved.
Couldn't be happier & would recommend this company with no hesitation. It was an air source heat pump we purchased on the government scheme, to replace an oil fired boiler.

I wanted to publicly take the opportunity to thank Alto Energy for their service, the experience has been first class.
From the initial discussion I had on the phone to resolve the heating and hot water in the first place (which had been off for 5 days!) and resolved by them within minutes, to organising the engineer visit, initial appointment was some weeks away but they were able to source a much earlier visit, to the engineer onsite, Gary was extremely polite, very helpful with our questions, explained what he had done to fix the problem and also helped us better understand how to use the system

Alto energy is a company I came across in the fallout over Ice energy (deceased).
Alto energy are far superior in their attitude overall customer care and service. They have people that are expirenced in the field they work.
They were very helpful from start to finish, the technician that did the commissioning for us was on the ball, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about controlling the heat pump.
If I were to install another heat pump Alto energy would be my first choice absolutely no question.

Recently had our ground source heat pump serviced by Alto Energy and it developed a fault shortly thereafter. Alto Energy were quick to respond with a highly professional and knowledgeable engineer who resolved the problem immediately. Our experience from dealing with front of house at the offices to the engineer on the ground was outstanding. Furthermore, subsequent repair was undertaken free of charge, which was beyond our expectation in this day and age. Highly recommend this Company and their services.
