Thank you Miss Kerr for a very successful procedure on my right eye. Going from what seemed like looking through dirty water with some colours missing to crystal clear and sharp vision with all colours back. It's amazing.
For a person who suffers anxiety and panic attacks I was looked after by the whole team in theatre and the bed bay, I had no anxiety or panics at all.

I went into Woodlands on 20th December 2021 for a total hip replacement. The whole experience was better than I could imagined. I was made to feel extremely comfortable, the environment was very calming and the staff very professional. I am now at home and hardly even feel like I have had major surgery. Highly recommend Woodland Hospital based on my experience. Thank you to all the the staff for looking after me and making me feel welcome.

Was admitted for keyhole surgery on the 18th of November in room 110. All of the nurses were so polite and caring! Even when I went down to theatre the guy assisting Dr shwarmi was soo nice and really made me feel comfortable before going in to the operating room. After care was amazing there was no rush to get you out. I had a hard time coming out from being so sleepy but the staff were always checking on me and making sure I was okay. Thank you all so so much ❤

What an amazing place, went for a procedure that I was very nervous about but I couldn't have been treated better your staff are wonderful. From the receptionist, slim lady to the Eastern European male nurse in the lift both were lovely and reassuring. A special mention to the nurses who dealt with me, kind, professional, reassuring and treated me with the utmost respect. A big thanks to Cathy, Laura, Fina and Becka and also Dr Rashed. I hope I have the names correct. Thankyou for the jammie dodgers.

I went into the hospital on Friday 5th November for key hole surgery room 8. I would like to thank Mr Shah,Jerermy,Stephen and Kate and the other nurses and staff for their excellent professional care.Also to Mandy pre assessment appointment.
You all did a excellent job in such difficult times. Two days later I am doing really well, doings the exercises and walking and Kate i am using the walking stick. Thanks to you all x

Have read some of the * & ** reviews on here and cannot fathom out how some of these reviews have come about.
Admitted and discharged for a medical procedure today following a referral FROM the NHS, something that made NO difference whatsoever to the treatment or attitude shown by ALL of the staff from arrival to discharge.
Administration before, during and after has been clear and concise at all times with the admin staff following up on all appointment and surgery details throughout.
Having been seen / had procedures in a number of hospitals across the UK I rate the staff highly due to their

I had my gallbladder removed this month. I then had complications after surgery resulting in 19 nights in Kettering General to get me sorted. At no point to this day has the surgeon/consultant reached our to see how I'm doing. I'm guessing unless he getting a pay cheque he couldn't care less. This how I feel and has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I'm guessing he wouldn't have many surgery's go wrong in a week to be able to do the human thing and reach out for 2 mins to see how your patient is doing. Caring professional, I'm not feeling very cared for.

Having just returned home from a two night stay following a hip replacement I must say the service of care was exemplary. From my first appointment with Mr. Shukla through to surgery and all the many wonderful staff involved made my stay worry free. Nothing was too much for anyone. The standard of care was fantastic. The food was very good too. Well done everyone at Woodland.
