Our experienced customer service team is available to take your call between 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. I want to express my thanks for the courteous, efficient staff you have, not only at the trade counter but the delivery drivers as well. We have had crusher run, timber, sand & cement, skips all from yourselves and the service has been brilliant.

I was let down buy better bathrooms so my bath would not arrive till January and works getting done over Christmas. I went into thorncliffe on the 22nd December the nice lady in the bathroom department got straight on the phone to there suppliers as the close early for Christmas on the 23rd. 10:30am on the 23rd it's here and now my bathroom can be done. The price was only a little bit more than online, I should have gone local before hand. Get service, good price 👍

I am generally a fan of Thorncliffes and have used them in the past for timber and tool hire, where I have been very satisfied. Unfortunately however this does not apply to the compost and (grade 1?) top soil I bought for my new lawn. I have now imported a vast range of weeds, leading to substantial rework and probable need to replant. This product was sub standard and although cheaper than my previous supplier, this has been a false economy as it is now causing a great deal more time and effort to get right.

I did like Thorncliffes before they changed to their new system, now it's a slow expensive experience, no prices on any products is a red flag, the timber is priced competively if they'll let you have it but iron mongery can be sourced at Stermats in Colwyn Bay for a fraction of the price along with paints, Feb bond etc, OK for wood but shop around for other bits.

Ordered 3x2 timber as well as other stuff. Delivery driver says 3x2 not in stock till later rang next day just b4 5pm to be took out for delivery.. Next day rang twice was told would get phone call back from both people still waiting. Said would of bought somewhere else if was told when bought that not in stock. Customer service rating zero,

Now passing sub standard fence panels off as New, while incorporating weathered old looking vertical strips which are unpleasant on the eye!. I was told that i could paint them and as i never paint my panels this was not an option. These panels were clearly cobbled together introducing one sometimes two old weathered strips into each of my 6 panels purchased which were put in while i was at work, and to think i have two Huws Gray yards moments away from myself. There is going to be a lot of folk unemployed in the very near future and i would have thought they would have been appreciative of my
