Booked a taxi to catch a train. Used their online service, got a text confirming the booking. Taxi didn't turn up and unable to ring, just goes to voicemail. Missed my train, out of pocket. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

We booked a taxi online for an evening out, received a confirmation email, great, received a text saying it was confirmed, happy days... However when we left our event at midnight 8 of us waited for our taxi but one was not there! We waited until 12:30 before trying to call them, answer phone... there was the clue, no one around and no taxi showed up to collect us. Friends rallied to get us home this company left us high and dry. Won't be using them again.

I pre-booked two taxis the day before I needed them. I received a text message with the vehicle details a few minutes before the first trip and yet a different car turned up. Unfortunately the return journey taxi never showed up resulting in me missing my train home. I phoned several times and got no reply. I even phoned the number of the taxi driver who had picked me up that morning and he told me he didn’t even work for the company! Poor customer service. Won’t be using them again. Ended up booking Hawk Express who were fantastic.
