Lovely owner, great service, good sounding board for colour choices for your latest project.
Great range of products available to choose from and always got some seasonal items reduced in the back!

Very, very poor attitude to customer service. Not very child friendly. Very aggressive lady on the desk. I have used this store a few times out of necessity only. However I try to avoid it where possible.
The 2 ladies on the desk have been repeatedly rude to my 2 boys and my wife on multiple occasions. It is a shame that they are so aggressive and rude as the stock is relatively reasonable. If only they had soft skills.

Lovely craft shop. Owner is very helpful. They have a very large selection of fabric. There are lots of crafts catered for. I will definitely visit again.
