We have experience of highway improvement schemes (such as roundabouts, junctions and traffic calming), and have a thorough understanding of the Highways Act to advise on the implications of implementing stopping up orders, footways and bridleways through sites.

Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) are required by most planning authorities when they consider applications for new developments. The FRA assesses the risk of flooding to a new development and also the potential of the site to cause flooding. Even if planning submissions do not require a full FRA, a drainage statement (a 'reduced' FRA) increases the chance of an application being successful.
