After doing research and speaking to other brokers at the same time. I am grateful to work with Rangewell, they have done exceptional work to find us a great deal. Very attentive initially then once I'd agreed to go with them completely unprofessional at every point. I would have switched but my business application was already delayed due to them so I figured staying with Rangewell would be quicker.... It wasn't!. At least one mistake made at every point of the application, delayed submission and telling me things had been sent when they hadn't and communication was extremely poor. Delayed my business transaction significantly and when any enquiries were made it was very difficult to get hold of the person I was dealing with. Awful experience never to be
