When our Comenda commercial dishwasher broke down recently I called Richard at Intellico. He came out to our restaurant in Edinburgh very promptly and really took time to analyse the problems with the machine before carrying out the repairs required. Really excellent service - he assessed the machine carefully, covering not only the fault we had reported but also smaller issues we had almost forgotten about as we lived with them. All the parts needed he had in his van (including a new drain pump) - no waiting another few days for the part to be ordered followed by a return visit to fit it.

On behalf of the Gillespie Centre in Biggar I would like to say that Intellico and their guys were fantastic when discussing our options, measuring the space and installing the new dishwasher for us. Engineer Scott was very informative of what was wrong with dishwasher, Scott was also very friendly while on site. I had an issue next day with washer again as it was very smelly Scott came out and put a cleaning agent in done a few washes and it’s been great since. Great service thank you.

I have just had Intellico do a supply and install of a Hobart Hood Dishwasher at my work premises.
I dealt with Scott who had everything organised for the install, for me to then call two days prior asking if he could come and fix the old dishwasher as it had given up. Amazingly he managed to fit us in next day (12hrs later) to install the new machine and saving us money on trying to fix the old machine for the sake of a days operation.
Great, organised and professional 5 star service is what i wanted and its exactly what i got!

I recently had these guys install a dishwasher in my work - it was first class service. Scott, the engineer, was so really hard working, thorough, supportive (in training me in the use and maintenance of the machine) and couldn't have done more to help. He was also great banter too! (So annoying when people come to do a job for you and they've got nothing to say or a sour face - definitely not the case here!).
Also really pleased to find out that Intellico actually supply detergents and chemicals for the machine that are significantly better for the environment than the majority of products on

Hi we have just f had a dishwasher installed in our church kitchen. The service we had from this company was second to none from the moment we went to there office to completion was exemplary.
Nothing was to much trouble for Richard our engineer. He met with our joiner as we had limited space to
Work with also keeping in contact with our electrician.
Richard completed the installation in 1 day an exceptional nice person always cheerful and considerate.
He always turned up for appointments on time. I would recommend this company without hesitation
