Ordered 2 jobs in the space of a few weeks. Job first was a double sided banner with pockets. Put the banner up and the pockets split open in a matter of minutes. spoke to Big arts and they said they would send out a new one which was fine but took much longer then i would have has to wait for order a brand new one online. i was thinking my order would be a priority order due to the poor workmanship. The Second job i order a banner and the lead time was fine for me to hit my deadline. I then chased up my job they said the machine was down and with a delivery issue i didn't get my order in time

Amazing Service, Thanks to Laura for being very proactive and dealing with our enquiry effectively. I provided the banner design on Monday morning and received the banner the next day. Dispatch and delivery was extremely quick.

If I could give more stars then I would. Price is excellent (didn't believe it was right!), the team responded really quickly to my requests for clarification and amendment and the banners were delivered on time. Felt like I was dealing with real people and not robots. Great.

A fantastic service! We required a large mesh banner last minute on next day delivery for an event that was to be taking place.
Amina was a pleasure to talk to throughout and provided me with the advice which I needed for our artwork.
Having created artwork for the large banner we struggled to send the files over to Big Art and Banners due to our internet failing.
We were running out of time and had only 40 minutes till the production deadline to get next day delivery. Therefore, we had no choice but to ask Big Art and Banners if they could redesign our artwork on their end.

Contacted BA&B for possibility of having a large vinyl banner made to show appreciation for the NHS and care services in these very difficult times for them. Came back to us straight away with quote and sent us a proof once we'd made payment (very reasonable too for the quality and size of the job - under £30 including postage, which we thought was very good). That being sorted, we received the banner within three days from first enquiry. Very happy with job - photo attached. Very sturdy vinyl with eyelets all round. Thank you very much! We live on quite a busy estate road running around the perimeter

Would HIGHLY recommend big art and banners. They advised me on what material suited my order best, were incredibly patient with some trickier aspects of my order and took care to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it. This company is amazing! I rang up panicking because another print company had issues with their website and this caused me to miss the deadline for next day delivery. I rang Big Art and Banners at around 5pm saying that I needed it the next day and we would collect. I spoke to Mike, who said that he could have it ready for the next day! Our event is tomorrow morning so this was so important and we are so grateful.
The actual roller banner looks fantastic and is high quality.
