We booked to stay with dream apartments in March of 2020 just before Covid hit and because of the lockdown we could not attend. We paid for the apartment in full and they refused to give us a refund but did give us a credit. However now when I tried to use my credit they have ghosted me and will not respond to emails. They are not a reputable company if they are going to do this to people. I would avoid them.

MY ADVISE:::......... DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL APARTMENTS
Dirty unchanged bedding (dirty hairs) and we could not get the bedding changed, eventually had to rely on local friends to bring us clean bedding - ABSOLUTE DISCRACE! (travelling with 75year old mother). Requested a complete refund was denied BAD MANAGEMENT.

Only good thing was the central location. Apart from that your better off staying elsewhere.
Unfortunately we made a bad move and did not read reviews before booking.
Dont be fooled by pictures posted online as they are very misleading. Apartment and apartment block itself was a far cry from pictures.
The apartment was absolutely manky, unflushed used toilets in room on arrival.
Carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in days. Blinds broken in bedroom.
Had to walk through bins and dirty laundry in the carpark to get to lift for apartment. The lifts and hallways were grubby and badly kept

Myself and my daughter in-law stayed on Wednesday 8th December, the apartment was spotless and the view was great. Check-in was brilliant so quick and easy... Brian at reception couldn't have been more helpful such a friendly young man. I would highly recommend staying at Dream Apartments and will definitely stay again.

NO STARS!!! Absolutely the worst experience myself and my friends have ever had. We had booked one night in a 2 bedroom apartment at the end of our amazing trip to Northern Ireland. Dream Apartments is ironic as it was a nightmare, THE most horrendous apartment. For a start, when we arrived we were given a 1 bedroom apartment for myself and my 2 friends who are married. We had stayed in a Penthouse apartment in Portrush and were expecting to finish off our trip in style having booked a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the river. Instead we got a 1 bedroom apartment with a camp bed in the

We had booked up to stay at these apartments at this weekend past and had travelled a good journey to do so. Upon checking out from the property we were staying at the previous night I got a phone call to say there had a malfunction with the booking system and there was no longer a room for us. And basically that this was too bad and now our problem. This was around two hours before we had to check in. Leaving us stuck with nowhere to go or stay. We had an event to go to that night which we had been planning and looking forward to for months. We had no other option but to alternative accommodation

Nightmare Apartments!
We booked our stay at “Dream” apartments & headed from Dublin after work last Friday evening.
On arrival, the receptionist had to check in a whatsapp group to see where our apartment keys were only to come back half an hour later when we were told that our stay had been double booked & there was basically no vacancy for us.
Fair enough errors can occur but prior to this I had rang on Wednesday having seen reviews of similar and it was confirmed by a male staff member that we were booked in. Not to mention we had been receiving emails asking would we like various packages

Had a fantastic stay this weekend in Belfast with my family. We were delighted we got to visit the Titanic Museum and Let’s Go Hydro - the kids absolutely loved it! Apartments were modern, clean and staff were friendly. Only thing was upon checking in we were missing a few towels but this was quickly rectified as within 15 minutes they were brought to our door.

The location was very central, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were spacious.
However, phone calls continuously went unanswered when we tried calling the day before to check our booking, as we had read some poor reviews stating issues with overbooking. Thankfully this didn't happen to us.
I believe the staff is doing their best but it was clear that management, in some respects, is not taking care of the facilities and leaving them to deal with it.
The staff members on duty the night we stayed seemed overwhelmed as they were dealing with several complaints from guests. I saw guests complain
