I was a tenant at Quay Central Apartments for two years. On moving in, they helped me along at every step: from installing a bed prior to my arrival at no cost, to driving me to the post office because my intercom was broken (which was then promptly fixed) and a few packages needed to be collected. I wouldn't even give you one star, absolutely disgusting service. Thankfully we have moved out after only spending approx 2 months at the Park Central apartments. The block was dirty, scruffy, stains all over the walls and one of the lifts was always broken. It took almost all of our regrettable time at the apartment to get our outside light fixed. I'd rather sleep next to the Mersey than spend time at those apartments. Staff very unhelpful and totally inept. Clearly on a kick back from the NCP that I had to park my car at for 140 a month. Absolute money grabbing, disgraceful and disgusting.

We recently completed on an apartment on the Liverpool waterfront and found CPM to be very professional and efficient, Within 5 days of our property being on the market they had found a tenant. Even before completion, we found them to be very friendly and responsive throughout the whole team. Lisa was particularly helpful during the initial contractual stages and Becci has been incredibly good in sourcing a tenant and managing that process through, providing regular updates. I would highly recommend their services.

CPM were extremely professional and responsive with my first ever letting. They were super attentive to my needs and explained everything thoroughly for me. Their inventory of the apartment was extremely in depth - this is representative of the level of detail and attention they pay to each tenant.
