Bought a used Mini Cooper S from the very helpful and courteous Sam, the MD of ALUK. I bought the car on the sole basis of Sam’s photos, videos and very honest assessment of the vehicle. Really impressed with the service provided by Sam from ALUK motors. We were looking for a car for my wife to replace one we had sold during lockdown, and found a Toyota Yaris that we liked online on ALUK motors website. I called them and spoke to Sam, the sales director to arranged a test drive.
He wasn't pushy at all and gave us the keys to the car and let us drive it on our own!
We decided to buy the vehicle and he explained the process and the warranties/cover that was included with the vehicle. He was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions during the sale.

As soon as I drove into AL UK Motors I was greeted by very friendly people, Sam the sales manager was helpful, knowledgable and not at all pushy which I found refreshing, unfortunately I didn’t end up making a purchase but sure if I had of done that they would have bent over backward to resolve any issues.

Excellent car dealer, very polite and gentle to answer every query I made. Sam even just simply leave me the car key for the test drive. The best car buys experience I have ever had, zero pressure. Lastly, his English is very easy to understand even English is just my second language. Highly recommend the UK newcomers.
