My name is Danny Webber and I'm a Performance Nutritionist based in Chester, UK. I hold a BSc (Hons) Sports Science degree and MSc in Sports Physiology, both at Liverpool John Moores University. I am a SENr registered practitioner, an ISAK certified Anthropometrist and a UK Anti-Doping accredited adviser.

I worked with Danny in preparation for Manchester Marathon. He changed my perception of fuelling and nutritional strategies for endurance events. I never felt lacking in energy yet still managed to get to my target race mass with a much better body composition. Danny’s approach was friendly and reassuring and his attention to detail was excellent. I worked with Danny for for 9 months and lost 3 stone! Was only supposed to be for 12 weeks originally but I felt I needed the guidance & support for longer which I got in abundance! Danny was always available on WhatsApp and email with advice when I asked for it. Having yo-yo dieted for most of my adult life I am so proud of myself for slimming down from a size 18/20 to a 12/14. I was in a bit of a rut. Having just got my first teaching job, gyms where closed and there was no organised sport to keep me fit. I was binge eating every now and then and not really caring about my general fitness and I was prioritising work over my health.
Best thing I did was contacting Danny. I chose to sign up to the 12 week programme. The experience changed my approach to dieting, I felt I was allowed the odd treat here and there while having new weekly recipes to pickfrom to keep the diet fresh.
I had the odd wobble here and there but through Danny's help, I was able to stay on track and

Danny helped me loose fat whilst still gaining muscle. The meal plans were incredibly helpful and detailed explaining what and when I should eat to achieve maximum results. I found everything very easy to follow as it was moulded around my day. I feel I have learnt a lot about food and nutrients after my 12 week plan. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a little help achieving their goals.
