A couple of months back I asked for a quote for a home cinema room. The gentleman who came out was perfectly lovely, but then I never heard anything back. I called up on three separate occasions and while a message was taken each time no one ever called me back. While I can respect they are probably very busy this delayed me getting started by a few weeks.

Brilliant service. Trusted Technology were genuinely a pleasure to do business with. It started with the pre site inspection and we looked at the art of the possible and their information and guidance was spot on. Their delivery and installation was on time and everything was left working and I was given instruction on how to use my new kit. When I had an urgent request to temporarily re-site some of my equipment Rebecca, the Experience Manager, was able to organise the necessary work to be done in line with my requirements. She had everything filed so knew exactly what kit I had, where it was

We moved house and i had no hesitation in reaching out to Andy and his team at Trust to help. The advice was fantastic and presented me with options from re-using existing equipment to a full new install and everything in between. I opted for a hybrid approach that left a SMART home foundation in the previous property but enabled me to bring some of the tech to the new place and have a new installation as well.
The work was of the highest quality and the installation engineer (Warren) was fantastic, going above and beyond. There was also great support

Started off great 1st impressions - the owner Andy visited my house when he said he would, he was professional, friendly & honest. At this point I could not fault Trusted to be honest.
But this is where the positive ended....I had to keep chasing up a breakdown of the quote which to this day almost 4 months later I have never received - communication was extremely poor which is not what you expect with an almost £3k quotation and all the positive reviews on here. Excuse after excuse why they had been off sick, on holiday, told to ring up so I called and then asked to send an email which I did

Top guys, really know their stuff. Especially if you want full smart home automation such as Control4. They were even happy to help configure other peoples work who had been in before to get my Cinema all hooked up to the new kit. They've added a new heading control system, electric gate camera and a host of other cool gadgets I can now control from my phone, the only problem is now I know what else these guys can do its where do I stop!

I have now used Trusted Technology on two occasions and both the quality of service and work completed has been excellent. Both jobs were neat and precise, which was exactly what was required. The work has included hanging 3 TV's on different walls, installing speakers in the ceiling for surround sound and setting up an amplifier for optimum sound quality. Warren and Dan, who are nice guys, have been involved with both jobs and provided an explanation of how top operate everything before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use Trusted Technology again in the future.

This is the first time I have used Trusted Technology for the installation of my Home Cinema system. the service was of the highest quality from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions whilst reassuring me that everything would work just as I wanted. I received a free survey and had my quote back in a couple of days, the engineer was then booked who arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing.
