Sleaford Natural Health Centre is a beautiful and tranquil place right in the centre of Sleaford. Set in private gardens, well back from the road, yet so convenient and easy to find, central to Lincolnshire with good road and rail access. Walking under the archway to the Centre you experience a totally different world away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives in the 21st century.
Your treatment begins as you enter our gardens and relax in the Centre, away from the stresses and strains of your life. Here, the emphasis is on you, the patient, not just the condition you have. Rather, how and why you have become who you are today, so as to find and treat the root cause of your illness, allowing you to heal naturally.

Sports Massage can be used to aid recovery from injury or an event, or as part of a long term training programme. It's not just for elite athletes or the average club player, but can be used by anyone with a muscular injury. It is a form of massage which focuses on muscle systems used in activity. The techniques used can aid reduction of soreness and help enhance power, endurance and flexibility.

It is distinctive in the fact that it recognises much of the pain and disability we suffer stem from abnormalities in the function of the body structure as well as damage to it by disease.
Food is a vitally important factor in our health. It is the first medicine in the Chinese tradition and has energetic values that can work with our constitution to heal us. A Chinese medical diagnosis can help you to understand what foods will benefit or hinder your health. As we are all individual, there is not one diet for all.
Complementary Health is a way of looking after yourself naturally. We are part of nature just as the daffodils emerging through the snow, or the birds nesting in our garden. What happens in nature happens in us. So it is important to watch and learn from nature to understand and help ourselves. At this time of year, Winter is at last releasing its long, slow grip on us and Spring is just around the corner.
