Services
We appreciate that every client's case will have issues specific to their circumstance or the level of work involved and so each fee quote is based specifically on the individual case and client. Fees are agreed per item of work, whether it be for drafting, conference or appearance at a hearing and once the fee is agreed this remains binding unless the work previously agreed changes.
Our barristers and clerks fully embrace innovation in delivering legal services built on traditional values. Customer care is at the forefront of our mind when assisting our client's legal need. Business organisations and individuals with a legal need can engage the expertise and support of a barrister directly enabling the client to retain control of their case management and save up to 50% in legal expenditure.
Toby joined Regency Barristers Chambers in 2016 after eight years in recruitment, latterly as a Branch Manager in Peterborough. Toby plays a leading role in ensuring all our clients are offered suitable counsel in a friendly and efficient way and also is the first point of contact for any diary management issues.

The clerk's from these chambers are extremely understanding and helpful from the onset, they put me in touch with direct access barrister Amelia heathwaite whom I must say has been simply outstanding! Do not waste your time and money with a solicitor! This route is far more effective, cheaper and much faster. Also you will feel supported.
