What can I say, these guys are amazing! Quality was second to none. Highly professional and really nice and considerate workmen!
I would always be happy for these guys to use me as a reference and for them to use my garden to showcase for their amazing work.
The finish is amazing, you can hardly see any joins and the putting green is incredible.

PAG were extremely helpful from the start. They advised on the best options for our artificial grass in regards to a through clean, they turned up on time, completed the job promptly but thoroughly, and all with a smile! They also helped us to move back our equipment at the end, something they were not obliged to do at all. We are extremely pleased we have found them and will, without a doubt, be using them again for our maintenance cleans. Would thoroughly recommend.

I contacted Justin from PAG and he came round to us within a couple of days. He went through everything with us, and we discussed the area we wanted artificial grass laid to replace our weathered patchy lawn. He explained the whole process to me and showed me before and after pictures of previous work. Also left me with samples to choose from.
I liked the fact that PAG specialise in artificial lawns and appear to do things better than their competition.
Although I had to wait some time for PAG to start the work, it was carried out professionally and all of the guys had their specialties.

After a lot of research we found Premium Artificial Grass Ltd (PAG) and another company which having read reviews wanted to quote for fitting artificial grass for our back garden. We were then recommended PAG… by 2 friends, one having work completed and another from being able to purchase the material and do yourself. Justin came out prior to the other company to quote and having viewed the samples and hearing how they work decided to go with them albeit a wait of about 8 weeks. One of my friends recommended Justin@PAG and, as I had never completed an artificial grass install before, I relied on him for information. Justin was very happy to help, advising on all areas of the preparation (he even advised granite dust which I had never heard of before).
Anyhow, when I was happy with the prep, he dropped out the high quality products and I really took my time to get the finish right.
The products are top notch and the service goes above and beyond.

After spending what felt like months researching businesses, I sent a few emails out to 3 or 4 companies. 2 never bothered to come back to me (I later found out these were franchises) and the other one came across VERY pushy, and was trying to get a deposit out of me. We used Premium Artificial Grass about 10 years ago and were very impressed with the job they did back then so when my wife decided 'we want the garden re-landscaped' there was no question in my mind where to go.
Justin and the team did an even better installation this time with much better quality grass and fixtures. They ripped out the old grass and concrete, levelled the garden like a bowling green and made it the most child safe back garden that looks amazing.

We have had fake grass fitted by Premium Artificial Grass over 5 years ago! Our grass is still amazingly great! Kids walk bare feet on it all summer and never too hot! It has been great with using Swimming pools on and lots of play with two children over the years! Would 100% recommend this company as the grass looks still in great condition and no issues with any weeds growing through or lifting!

What a company! So so pleased with the level of service, the workmanship, the quality of the grass and the overall experience. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The whole process was explained clearly from… start to finish and we are extremely happy with the final outcome. Our kids can now play outside all the time and don’t come inside covered in mud!
