Worst experience ever!!!! Ordered The Mask outfit back in February to go and collect today the day before the party to be told the outfit wasn't complete. They had our phone number and didn't have the manners to phone and let us know. The outfit was all stained round the bottom. Don't buy or hire from this company. Shocking customer service.

I have nothing but praise for Maskerade Manchester Fancy Dress and Mascot Hire,
Long Street, Middleton, Manchester. The friendly, helpful staff go the extra
mile to assist in all queries and there is an extremely comprehensive range of
stock across two floors and the in house photography studio on the third floor.
The last items I bought were a collection of pirate accessories. Everything I
needed was stocked in the shop and really great value for money. I cannot
recommend this welcoming, family run business enough. Thanks again Maskerade for
superb, caring services in both sales and hire
