Livingston Chiropody & Podiatry
Unless absolutely necessary for carers to be in attendance, patients are to attend their appointments on their own. If under 16-year olds are attending for treatment only one parent/guardian will be able to accompany them. Please use the hand gel or wash your hands after entering the clinic and before you leave.

We will be wearing more personal protective equipment for the entire appointment length than previously; this is for your protection as much as our own. We are keen to start clearing the backlog of cancelled appointments from this date although our new guidance allows us to treat a wider range of patients there are still some restrictions in place.

Long gone is the day when the phrase flat feet was used as a comedy stalwart in variety shows and black and white movies, and equally gone is the automatic stigma that dictated that having flat feet would rule you out of a myriad of jobs, pastimes and activities. However, flat feet can lead on to having severe pain if they are not managed properly, especially as people delay seeing a foot specialist until they are in intolerable pain.

If a could give it a minus a would.
£50 for a Bio-mechanical assessment which was explained as a 1hr appt...took less than 30mins. A was in my car in 28mins...still charged £50.
More worrying however...the podiatrist actually left room to find out the name of a muscle in my foot he reckoned was the problem. That's like a mechanic saying to you that he thinks that part is the brake cable but he will just check his Haynes manual to confirm. You would think they would know the basics of the area they are speciallising in.
Did phone next day and ask to speak to manager...eventually guy on phone
