Would highly recommend! Victoria was amazing throughout the whole design process - designing an engagement ring from scratch is a fairly nerve-racking process (to say the least) and I was made to feel completely at ease whenever I went in (probably 5-10 times over a 6-month period, including a national lockdown, which made things a bit tricky for a while).
I was delighted with the beautiful end product and so was my now fiancé and really felt that Victoria was genuinely excited for us too, which made the whole process more enjoyable.
I have already and will continue to recommend HK far and wide

Victoria designed an absolutely wonderful engagement ring which my partner adored - cannot recommend her (and the company as a whole) highly enough!
Not only was the ring itself perfect, but the design process was excellent. First we had a Skype call where we discussed what I had in mind, and all the specifications. Over the next few weeks Victoria shared sketches and options with me, explaining everything really clearly (I wasn't previously familiar with things like band profiles and different types of diamond).
The collection process was fantastic and Victoria was even able to use Fairtrade

I had an amazing experience with HK jewellery. I worked with Chloe, who was wonderful, she designed my ring exactly as I asked but had helpful suggestions and ideas. She was extremely prompt in her replies and designs and I was kept well up to date throughout the process by her and the team. I felt in very good hands. It was a really special process and I now have a truly unique, sentimental ring that I will treasure forever. Highly recommend!!

My husband worked with Tom to design my stunning bespoke engagement ring, inspired by a ring that was special to his own Grandma. We then went back to Tom to design our wedding rings - mine was made to sit alongside my engagement ring, whilst my husband's was a simple band in matching fair-trade, un-dipped white gold. The ethically sourced metals and diamonds were a really important factor in working with this jeweller, as was the fact they can create totally unique and stunning jewellery that will last a lifetime. Tom was fantastic to work with and a very talented designer. Couldn't recommend

I cannot recommend Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery enough. The service and craftsmanship is outstanding. This ring was made from a combination of two engagement rings [long story: lost one, bought another one, found the old one!]. Tom was excellent right from the start and created a design immediately from a description of what I wanted. The process was very personal and exciting. Thank you all. I absolutely love my new ring!
