Very impressive experience, from the first visit to the showroom right through to the installation. The admin staff were polite and friendly, the surveyor was very helpful and suggested ways round a potential fitting issue, and the two young men who fitted the door were efficient, courteous and a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Had a Hormann up and over garage door fitted 3 years ago. Fantastic product. However, today (sunday) I had an issue with the remote fobs and they wouldn't allow the door to open. As it was out of hours I messaged Eastern doors my issue and within 5 minutes I had a detailed response from them to solve this. It was very clear and my door is now fully functioning. Cracking service Eastern Garage Doors.....couldn't have asked for more!
