County Nannies was established in Kent in 1999 and has subsequently made two specialist childcare agency acquisitions: Sussex based Au Pair International in 2002, and Surrey based The Nanny Agency in 2003. County Nannies is run by Benedicte Speed. A modern languages graduate, she is fluent in French and has worked in the recruitment industry since 1984.
With some of our consultants parents themselves, and as experienced recruiters, we can advise you on the most appropriate childcare solution for your own circumstances. We can give advice on what to expect from your nanny or au pair; how much you should pay them; interview questions; and how to settle them into your family life.
