Colour Tec was formed by Dean back in 2008 as a man in a van and from there the business has grown overtime.
Now a family run business with Kate (partner) on board as well as Gary another family member who is an onsite Technician. Dean trained within the automotive industry from leaving school, over time he moved to working in the construction industry carrying out cosmetic repairs, specialising in all substrates.

We pride ourselves on customer service from the initially enquiry to completion of the works. All our work is carried out by our fully qualified technicians and we apply the attention to detail that is essential in meeting the high standards we set ourselves as well as customer expectations.
Colour-Tec offers you the service of colour coating products to the highest standards in our Horbury based factory. We work directly with UPVc / Aluminum manufacturers, suppliers and installers at our factory in Horbury. We use the best paints on the market with our paint supplier offering a database of over 15,000 colours from the standard RAL / BS colours to the Farrow and Ball and Dulux ranges, plus a colour matching service.
Our On Site Spraying service can transform the way your property looks by adding colour or giving your tired products a new lease of life. There is no need to replace perfectly working doors and windows just because of their outdated appearance.
This service works extremely well on existing installed UPVc as any movement has already occurred so the paints and products often bond to the oxidised plastic better than new plastics promoting better adhesion qualities.The finished product is completed to the highest standard equalling that of a factory finished product giving you the look of brand new windows without the expense of replacements.

Our 'In house factory-based' garage door spraying service has been operating since 2008. We have been working alongside Garage Door manufacturers and installers and found that our service has been proven to be extremely beneficial for reduced lead times and fast turnaround times usually 5-7 working days.

Just had our front door and frame sprayed, looks amazing. Ross did a great job, masked everything up and got a fantastic finish. The door and frame had got damaged during renovations inside with workmen in and out. The door was originally dark blue and the frame white but we had the frame done in anthracite grey and the door in green smoke, all our… window frames are anthracite so it looks fantastic now Kate was great sending me samples in the post, glad she did as the colour I’d picked on line was not how it looked on the computer, she knew exactly what colour I wanted (dark sage

Colour-tec employee ( Gary I think ) came to spray my white window frames grey today and I am sooo pleased with the job he’s done ! A truly professional job from start to finish. After my windows turned up the wrong colour from my window supplier Colour-Tec came to my rescue and matched the colour then re-sprayed. My windows were not typical shaped Upvc profiles so were not straight forward to mask up, but Deans lads took their time and did the job properly and the results were very satisfactory. I'd recommend this company to anyone including friends and family. Tip Top!
