Due to a recent change in circumstances I no longer use Belle Casa, but our housekeeper was reliable, professional and the office were always very polite and efficient and would not hesitate to return to them.

Worst cleaning company ever. Provided up to dozen to date completely unreliable cleaners. Expects one month paid notice despite not providing any cleaners. And does not refund for missed sessionss.. I have to argue with them about this. Avoid!

Although Initial our Housekeeper was not Ideal, the office team immediately allocated a replacement housekeeper that suited us much better as and almost part of the family now after 3 years with us. The office is always quick to respond and a personal approach is always provided. I would certainly recommend their services.
