Placed an order with this 'company' on the 17th May 2021. Except an initial order confirmation it's been stuck at processing for several weeks. Called to chase the order and was told that the order hadn't gone through even though I received a confirmation. Gave the order number and it was found on a different system. Was then told the price had changed and payment wasn't taken. The person on the phone didn't see bothered and said they would raise with their IT team to see why my order went through, order confirmation given and showing as being processed. It seems obvious that the order has been
