I have been into the store a few times now, extortionate prices on screws and and most items. Good first impressions from the lovely boys that greet you as you walk in. However I am utterly disgusted by the foul language used from the men at the back of the store, very degrading and off putting. I witnessed two men both with long beards being very rude about another member of staff, using the word wan£er and cu&t with no regards to customers being in store. very upsetting to witness, I will not be returning.

First time buying from Brighton Tools and fixings ltd and had a fantastic experience. Was advised on the website before purchase to phone, spoke to a kind bloke from the team and was so easy to deal with. Ordered online, same day despatch and next day delivery. Sent an email asking about stock of a festool product, got a very quick reply saying the item was in stock and if I ordered before 3.30 it would be sent out that day. put the order in online at 3 o'clock, delivery was free and it arrived the next day.
