We are happy to exchange/refund garments provided that they are returned at the customers expense - within 14 days of the invoice date for UK and 21 days for Europe and the Rest of the World. Fantastic service! I have been ordering from this location since 2003. Live in the US and it is difficult to find the full range of Prima Donna plus styles and sizes. Bare Necessities not only has them, but offers free shipping promotions a few times each year, which I utilize and order several items. The items arrive quite quickly considering the destination is ex-EU.
