I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service from a letting agent! Savas and the team were friendly, quick at responding and super helpful when it came to answering questions surrounding letting my property. Martin carried out a full day of viewings and helped me to choose the best tenants to enable us to move away without worrying. Ryan ensured I had the correct certificates and met tenant guidelines which was a huge help having never let my own property before. I have an investment property that has been looked after by Avenue estates for some years now. The tenants have always been good, no issues at all and I've had zero vacant periods since i've been with them. Martin and Sav do a great job. Martin in particular wears some lovely shoes, including a VERY nice pair or turquoise suede numbers!

Normally selling a property can be very stressful, but right from the start Savas and Ryan gave us good valuation advice and made it feel easier. Even when we lost a buyer they found another really quickly and took away the stress. No unrealistic valuations or pressure selling, unlike one national chain. Very professional and good value. From the first moment we viewed the property, we were very impressed by the friendly and courteous manner displayed by Ryan. Later on in the process he and Savas both obtained answers to our questions very promptly. Communications are the key to a successful move and they certainly kept us informed at key stages. They pulled out all the stops on moving day which really made the day much less stressful for us. Would definitely recommend for their professional and friendly approach.
