I warn you all to steal clear of this company - We have just spent 15k with them and their customer service is repulsive! Jo Drumgold the manager of the site is passive aggressive and spoke horribly to my old 80 plus parents. She also didn’t even call me back for over two months when we realised that they installed a door with a massive dent it! For my first call I was told it was my fault, when no body lives in the house under construction and no one has entered because of covid. She spoke to me with no professionalism and it surprises me that companies like this still exist. I asked for the

AMB came out and looked at a window that had misted over and we discussed replacing just the glass but Jo then said the window does not open so why not consider changing the window so it opens. I did not think that was possible without spending a fortune or having loads of building work done but 10 days later I have a fantastic new window that opens and looks great. The fitter was excellent and I am very grateful to Jo for sorting everything out and having the work done whilst I was away on holiday.

We have had a number of windows replaced by this company - they are friendly and helpful, and the fitting team are extremely efficient and professional. They explain what they are doing, and even showed us how to operate some of our windows (which are a little complex until you get to know them. Most recently we had a new, double front door - on the measuring visit we were given excellent advice about the design, and the look of the house has been improved immeasurably. It wasn't an easy installation, but it was done as quickly and efficiently as ever, and the site left clean and tidy.....we wouldn

The service this company provided our family when it was urgently needed was 2nd to none. Having had our patio door glass fall out they were extremely swift to respond; to accurately fit the new glass and at all times were efficient, clean and tidy and most importantly utterly professional.
