As professional advisers, we have to be paid for the work that we do on behalf of clients. Typically, the benefits for you in terms of income and growth produced, or the tax saved, far outweigh the fees charged. All fees are discussed with clients in advance and are set out in cash terms. If is often possible for the fee to be paid by deduction from funds invested - and in the case of pensions from untaxed income.
David Williams IFA, our staff and our clients are all part of a wider community. We are long-standing supporters of the SportsAid charity which helps provide funding to young athletes across Britain to help in their goal of being future Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth champions.

Have used DWIFA for over 10 years now for re-mortgages, house moves and life insurance.
They have always been able to secure the right mortgage that we need and if it wasn’t for the extra help we received during the recent move, I’m not sure we would have got over the line in time to meet the stamp duty deadlines.

Martin and Gemma were simply incredible - we never expected such a strong / responsive support throughout the whole process. It was also very difficult, being self employed / part furloughed in the middle of the pandemic, but they got us what we needed - Amazing!
As a result of this I would highly recommend DWIFA to anyone as I myself will be requesting their aid with all of their services going forward.

For the past 11 years or so my wife and I have spent most of our time abroad. In 2020 we decided to return to the UK permanently and acting on a recommendation from our son we contacted David Williams to ask about the chances of obtaining a mortgage. Our case was handled by Josh Evans who has been brilliant. Thanks solely to his efforts we now have a mortgage offer that means we can buy the flat we wanted near to our grandchildren.
