Services
For sites where one skip simply will not do the trick, AKS Skip Hire can provide Roll On Roll Off (RORO) containers on both short term and long term hire in Norwich and throughout Norfolk. This solution is ideal for a larger waste management response, as we can supply a selection of containers to suit your requirements.
Load and Go is a more cost effective solution to hiring a skip. We supply a driver and a van who will assist you to load all waste on to the vehicle. Your waste is then transported to our waste management centre where we recycle 85% of all waste. We cover Norwich and surrounding areas and cater for both business premises and any domestic properties including garden clearance.
At AKS Skip Hire we recycle 100% of all materials that pass through our waste transfer station in Norwich. 85% of which, is recycled here on site and the remaining 15% is used by local power stations as a power source. We have been recycling since 2002 helping the local community of Norfolk work towards a greener future.

I hired a skip the other week, the skip wasn't collected when they said it would be, there were strong winds at the end of last week so we had to put heavy wood on the top of the skip to ensure the contents of the skip didn't fly all over the roads, we knew this would need to come off prior to collection, however the skip was left in our front garden for a week with no contact from the company what so ever. Yesterday they arrived (again with no warning) to collect the skip, the driver knocked on my door, I opened the door and he started having a go at me at my door about the skip being filled too

I can not praise the efficiency of this company enough. My construction company Montieth Prestige Builders' recently completed a 5 month barn conversion in Briston, Norfolk, near Holt. Not knowing the area well I googled a skip hire company & picked AKS Skip Hire, located North side of Norwich. Over 5 months I needed in excess of 20 skips, when they were full & I asked for a replacement it was the same day or next day if I phoned in the late afternoon. Hired skip and was told we could have it as long as we needed it and to call when we required it collected. We had not finished loading the skip and still have the remainder of a bathroom refurbishment in our garden. I came back from the shop today to find that the skip was gone? Surely the driver can't be blind and must have seen the rubbish still to go in the skip, but again, this is our problem. They said they called the number on booking regarding pick up but got no answer, which was a lie, so they just decided to take the skip and leave the rubbish in our garden. The girl on phone was unhelpful
