This firm charged £490 to replace 2 batteries and left the stairlift in a dangerous condition scrapping and not aligned. When my elderly disabled parents called them back to correct the work they basically tried to hard sell them a new stairlift and charged them a £75 call out fee. Since then, Acorn has serviced the stairlift, for £190 they upgraded the control module and ..... further replaced the batteries. Stay well away from this company. If they do turn up ensure you have a stables so they can tie up their horses. They are absolute cowboys. Disgusting.

We have had fantastic service and help. We telephoned for a quote which was very acceptable and the lift was installed and running within two days. I would recommend a surge protector as a surge in our system… disabled the charger, a very unusual happening but preventable. We are delighted with our lift and friendly service. Ingka Hella Charters
