Booked a photography session for headshots and full body shots and was extremely pleased with the outcome. Very professional and looked amazing! Will certainly book again.
I also use Winchester Photographic for all my printing needs etc and am always thoroughly pleased with the quality and service.

They offered me a very good service and printed out some much treasured photographs for me.

This place charged my wife a ridiculous £30+ for passport photos that can only be accessed online and they gave no print outs to use like you'd get in any photo booth. Avoid and save your money by going to Tesco who charge £6. Shame as it's nice to support small shops

Went in for a passport photo, wrong size as he never asked what country it was for. Turns out different countries have different rules for electronic ones. Having explained this after the event he then offered to charge me another £15 to do it right !

Awful. My husband went in yesterday for my sons passport photos to be done. Told to come in after 10 today, so we did. When I asked for photos was told they weren’t doing them til next week now. I expressed my disappointment given that we had made the trip in reliance on being told to come in the following day. Lady shouted at me and my kids (4 and 1). And forced us out the shop (which was completely empty). My four year old was devastated. Never going back there.

This shop has always been outstanding for Visa/Passport photos, they take the trouble to make sure the shot is perfect, you come back in 15 minutes to collect your photos, they guarantee to do them again if they do not pass. Under new ownership now, and the service is even better than before. 5 STARS.

Outstanding service from Mark and his colleague. He even dropped some prints off to us at home on his way back from home because we could not get in to the shop. Very knowledgable and helpful.

I have been using this shop for many years and have always found them to be courteous and extremely helpful. Both Mark and his assistant have always been very knowledgeable and friendly so I was amazed to see a couple of bad reviews. I will definitely continue to go there and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Went there to print a 6x4 photo which we edited in Photoshop on a MAC. The print came out very dark, underexposed, some people not even visible on it, it was so dark. When we complained upon collection of the photo the guy asked what kind of computer we have. When we told him it's a MAC he said Oh, that's why, it's because of the illumination of the screen. We have never ever heard anything that stupid! If something than it's a MAC that displays the true colors of a photo, not a cheap windows screen. So the guy offered to have an other look, copied the photo onto their computer without asking permission
