When I decided to go ahead they gave me an excellent rate and got me the sale price I wanted. House moves are often very stressful, and it was in our case, as it was anything but straightforward. We were helped hugely by Richard Evans and Richard Chamberlain, who were absolute rocks of support throughout. If you have a property to sell or are looking to buy in Oxford, I cannot recommend working with Chamberlain-Evans enough. You can save yourself an extraordinary amount of pain by avoiding some of the bigger agencies that will have you suffer gobsmacking levels of negligence and incompetence, and instead simply working with Richard C and Richard E. They sold our Rose Hill property for us, at all times with our best interests at heart, offering additional services ad hoc, responsive to enquiries, giving sound and considerate advice even in matters only tangentially related to the sale, dealing courteously
