I must admit that I am very positively surprised with the Recon Services Ltd. I feel like talking to someone from my own home, especialy Hollie @Recon. I feel a lot of support, she keeps in touch (even my teenage daughter ask me who is Hollie and that she is going to tell mom, what was funny) also, she finds a job in my available time. I couldn't expect any more, very professional and helpful. I am already happy that Recon will be my part of my next year. Thank you and good luck.

I was referred to Recon by a friend who has nothing but good things to say. I dropped Katie a message and although it was the weekend she still gave me a speedy response. Come Monday morning Katie sent me a link to join Recon and within TWO DAYS I was at work.
Katie keeps in contact regularly, if she can get me more with with the same or another company she will and I’m very grateful that I have been liaising with her. I cannot thank her enough for how fast I was given work!
Five stars all around, genuinely do not have a bad word to say about the company or/especially Katie!

Shanelle has been very supportive when it comes to getting me into work , I like the fact that she communicates very well and she normally responds very quickly and can be very supportive with finding you work that’s suitable for you . overall 5 star ratings to the her and the company.

Have used Recon many times for casual work. They have always done their upmost to find me the right type of work on both a short and long term basis. They found me work quickly and paid the agreed wages on time. Andrew and Katie are extremely professional and helpful. Would recommend highly.

Worked 2 and half days for this agency 5 weeks ago and left the assignment half way through the week as I realised it wasn’t a great fit. They booked me to start somewhere else the week after and surprise surprise they cancelled my shifts the night before. Then to add insult to injury they never paid me for the 2 and half days I worked.
Sent an email and got no reply tried ringing them and the phone just rings out.
Guess this agency just likes to to work for free

As a new driver Recon really helped my confidence by finding me a suitable company to build my experience driving class 2 trucks. The staff are honest, very friendly and understanding and always check in with me to see if I'm happy with the work. No issues with pay so far and registration was easy. Thanks for the support, guys. I really appreciate it when it's early days and I've already experienced what it's like with a bad agency before this! 👍
