Reuby & Stagg have over forty years of experience in providing civil and structural expertise for developers, contractors, government departments and local authorities. Reuby & Stagg have extensive experience of providing the full civil and structural engineering design services for a wide range of residential developments, from pre-planning stage involving the strategic infrastructure design and the development of the architectural proposals through to the completion of the project.

We have undertaken numerous commercial projects from major retail developments such as Westwood Thanet, Supermarkets for Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's to high specification office developments and hotels. Most recently the Ben Ainslie Project for the Americas Cup.

To all of these Reuby & Stagg use the structural medium, whether steel or concrete superstructure, with the optimised foundation solution to ensure that the building package can be delivered efficiently and economically.The 85 bedroom luxury hotel completes the regeneration project of the area surrounding Ocean Village Marina.

We have a long involvement with the educational sector delivering design for both educational buildings and for student accommodation. The expansion of St Edwards School in Poole involved the construction of a new Teaching Block, together with the refurbishment of the existing Classrooms and extensive remodelling of the external areas.

The refurbishment of old buildings to extend their working life and often for usage other than they were constructed for requires a sound knowledge of construction techniques and close attention to detail to ensure the structure is amended in a sympathetic manner. These are skills which Reuby & Stagg have and form a key tenet of our design approach.
