Stansted Aerospace Limited has the flexibility to work with the customer on several different levels. Stansted Aerospace have supplied teams of engineers to work under the inspection and supervision of the customer, in order to ensure that all their requirements were achieved. Stansted Aerospace can provide their customers with multi-disciplined project teams to manage and deliver heavy maintenance and support line based operations globally.
Stansted Aerospace Limited have completed structural elements of over 180 Blended Winglet / Scimitar modifications in locations all over the world including Scotland, Ireland, Ukraine, Spain and Czech Republic. Stansted Aerospace have carried out over 500 repairs to Winglets / Scimitars which have incurred lightning strike damage and structural damage.
Stansted Aerospace have various door jigs enabling them to carry out major structural repairs and re-skinning to all Cargo Doors, Entry and Service Doors. Stansted Aerospace also includes within its capability all interior doors and cockpit doors requiring repair, overhaul and modification for various customers.
Stansted Aerospace have the capability out repairs / modifications / balancing to elevators, aileron, rudders, spoilers, slats and flaps. We have also carried out major repairs to complete horizontal stabilisers removed from the aircraft and shipped to our workshop. Stansted Aerospace have carried out over 500 repairs to winglets / scimitars which have incurred lightning strike and structural damage.
Stansted Aerospace Limited has carried out major repairs to freight loading systems and quick change seat pallet systems. As an approved company by ANCRA International, we are able to offer a full repair and overhaul of their freight loading and seat pallet systems. We can also support Global systems for the 737 QC and 757 Freighter.
