Placed an order which was in stock still waiting for delivery 2 weeks on. No updated information on when i will receive it. To be fair the delivery company which was Hermes was the major problem here, 2 promised deliveries never showed. The wallpaper eventually turned up 4 weeks after ordering. Customer service easy to get through to on the phone and efficient.

When walking into the shop was told I was walking the wrong way which I didn't notice as I was to interested in getting my wallpaper which I always tell everyone how good it is better then B&m or b&Q but my day in the shop is about to change my mind customer services was horrible try selling me wrong batch numbers for wallpaper here attitude was awful she just twisted her face at me so I went to pick some different paper where it said 50%. Off goes to the till and a young call says £52 I said no it's got 50% off in the sale wall but that's what it's coming up at I said no I show u she walked off

Fantastic range of wallpapers to browse on their website!
I ordered quite a few samples that arrived quickly. Only issue with the sample is that they are quite small in comparison to some of the prints/patterns (they do mention the sample size on their website)
I also ordered the final design I chose through them. Order arrived very quickly and the paper was a great quality. I over ordered slightly but the returns process was made hassle free thanks to their customer service agent.

Terrible customer service at Blaydon branch. One horrible staff member seems to be responsible for most of the negative comments on this site. Most of the comments are about bad attitude and lack of politeness. So totally agree with the other reviews of this person. If higher management read these reviews then they should realise that people are leaving the store without purchasing the wallpaper they came to buy. So this individual is costing your company money; so you might consider letting her go. She is a liability.
