Based in Havant, Hampshire, I cover all the surrounding towns and villages, including Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth and Bognor Regis. Services
I provide a professional chimney sweep service for domestic and commercial properties. Each sweep is finished off with a smoke test and the issue of a Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps certificate which can be presented to your insurance company, if required. If you have reason to believe that your chimney may be blocked by a bird's nest let me know when you call; this allows me to schedule extra time to clear it.
We have used Jo for the last two years and have had excellent service - clean efficient and highly knowledgeable in what she does. The after sales service is equally as good with professional documentation provided and signed off each time, ability to pay by card if desired and pre-booking of the next appointment all efficiently incorporated in a friendly and professional manner.
A Guild sweep will be able to advise on how to burn fuel most effectively, saving you money and reducing build up of creosote. Check out the Burnright website for more information. A Guild sweep will assess your appliance and chimney for any defects and offer advice on what may be causing any issues, such as a poor draw or smoke blow-back.

Joanna has been doing a terrific job on our four woodburners - and was directly responsible for helping us understand why one of our open fires was creating so much smoke (complicated physics of air flow!). She is efficient, does a faultless job and leaves each room cleaner than it was to start with! A perfect professional and also a really nice person. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We wanted to use our open fire, so decided to get it swept. Jo comes highly recommended and for good reason! She did a fantastic job she’s not only professional and lovely, she also leaves everything spotless an is completely passionate about what she does. We are thrilled to final use our fire and will be using Jo for our chimney sweeping yearly.

Joanna has been looking after us for the last 3 years. She is very tolerant of my constant changing of appointments and always arrives promptly with a smile. She works efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving our stove looking sparkling!! She is very honest - telling me our chimney probably doesn't need an annual sweep but I feel safer knowing Joanna has checked everything and she is amazing value for money. Would highly recommend!
