Established in 2001, we're a family run scanning business offering a complete range of document services, including scanning, shredding, physical storage, and digital storage using our eFile Cloud software. In 2006 we set up tradescanners.com, a website dedicated to the sale of scanners and software.
Fast-forward to today, we have a team of 30 professional and fully trained staff to manage all areas of our business, and we recently expanded our premises to cater for our ever-growing team. A thriving city in the middle of the UK, we're able to serve customers all over the country. Due to the nature of our business, our premises and vehicles are fully secured with 24-hour surveillance.

Services
Just give us a rough idea of what needs scanning and we'll work out an estimate for you, which we're pretty good at based on years of experience. We'll only invoice for the precise number of images scanned and everything in the process is included in one simple image rate. We'll also send you an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) so your data is protected.
Files are stored securely in the cloud and you can assign your users permissions, keeping full control of exactly who can do what to each document. You can create your own file folder structure to replicate the physical files, then search for anything regardless of where it's filed. All files stored in eFile are backed up automatically so you never have to worry about losing a file or backing up data yourself.

We had 644 lever arch files full to capacity to scan. The files were collected from our office, fully scanned and then shredded. A demonstration on how to navigate the e-files was provided, which is very straightforward. Very clear scans and no problems at all. The service is friendly and helpful, and it was all made very easy for us. Thoroughly recommended and I'm happy to say we're now paper-free.

The fantastic team at E File are a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Documents are collected at our convenience and the team are always on hand to support us. The secure online access makes locating archived documents simple which is a must whilst we are working remotely. Highly recommended!

We used eFile for a work project and it was a fantastic experience.
Nikki was there the whole way through the process and talk us through all the options available.
We had a large project and it was carried out very well, with very little interruption to normal working life.
All files were collected and packed up for us, when we needed a file quickly, they prioritised the file and emailed very quickly to say it was accessible.
We’ve since been back for a second project and would not hesitate to use eFile again.
Would recommend to anyone.

When we decided to go 'paperless' we were recommended to use Efile and have not been disappointed!
It has changed the way we work for the better and the transition has been made so easy by the Efile team. They held our hand throughout the process and are still always on call if we have a question. Nikki regularly checks in to see if everything is still going okay, and if there is anything we feel might work better for us they always do their best to accommodate.
