Placed my order back in August still haven’t received it. Rang Monday the 15/11 to ask for a tracking number they said they don’t have one as it’s sent 2nd class. Rang back today to complain and ask for a refund and they said it’s been dispatched and signed for. When I asked for proof they sent me a photo with “XPI” on it. I explained that’s not me… and asked for my money back….this is to be concluded.
In all these have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Endless excuses, no return calls as promised. Trying to blame me as my stuff

Well what can I say - what shocking service from all at this company. Waited 4 months for an order an even after 4 months I am still being told ‘it’s being done’ when 10days ago I was promised it would be ready to collect today, to then have to call them as I’d heard nothing to them again be told it would be ready end of the week. There quick… enough to take your money but aren’t prepared to up hold an order that was placed in the summer. None of there staff keep to keeping clients updated on Thier orders & it’s challenged they take a different tone

Absolute joke, never ending stories about why the order is delayed. Website advertises orders will be fulfilled within 14 days. I’m 10 weeks in on my order and every week get a new excuse about why the completion date is going out and out. Now advised next week-week 11. The quality and fit had better be superb for the time it is taking. Take your money elsewhere in my opinion.

Probably the worst company I have dealt with in my 10 years running a sports team. Orders outstanding since July and constant lies, excuses and ignoring when chasing. Threatened to claim the money back and they only produced one order, instead of running the same teamwear all at once, so back to square one. Honestly appalling service and attitude… and happy to take your money but not produce anything. Hearing similar from various local clubs we come into contact with. Avoid and choose another local supplier or stick with your National who can fulfil an order.

Been waiting 2 month's for some kit still no sign of this! Been told they have a backlog because of covid, everyone is feed up of this excuse(I ordered kit elsewhere received it within 3 weeks)! Tried to cancel my order to be told they will with me within 5-6 weeks. They have Ignored the cancellation bit and I've waited longer than I can wait, in the email response they have stated my football kit which is totally incorrect as I ordered a rugby kit doesnt suprise me to be fair with level of incompetence they have shown so far. To add further insult to this we order kids playing kit and this is

Absolutely shocking customer experience.
Waiting over 8 weeks for my order which has still not yet arrived.
I have emailed on 3 separate occasions requesting an update and have not received a single response. When I called the warehouse I was told that some members of staff were having to isolate due to covid and that there was a 2 week back log.
That was 3 weeks ago. I have now become that fed that I purchased kit from an alternative supplier which had already been delivered.
I would not waste your time with this company whi don't have the common courtesy to respond to emails and who believe
